YOGA

Yoga is a personal journey; we come in wonderfully different styles, shapes, and sizes and our Yoga experience should reflect and celebrate this.

Private Classes

Yoga is a personal journey; we come in wonderfully different styles, shapes, and sizes and our Yoga experience should reflect and celebrate this.

Your body’s unique physical composition, your emotional and mental health, as well as physical limitations due to injury influence the making of a custom practice that is right for you.

My motivation is to create a safe and welcoming space for you to focus and explore a practice that supports your inner and outer strength, self-love, and compassion in order to bring the body, mind, and spirit into a more optimal alignment.

Public Classes

I teach a variety of classes at Bambu Hot Yoga in Nelson, BC, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Core Mobility, Deep Stretch and Yin. I love to combine creative sequencing, body awareness, and self-inquiry in my classes to encompass a practice that is both playful and introspective.

My Yoga Journey:

Yoga has been a rich part of my life for the last 10 years, and the practice has taught me the importance of cultivating mind-body awareness for greater felt and expressed harmony.

I’m passionate about creating a nurturing and inclusive space for all folks and I feel deeply that yoga is a practice for everyone.

I love to combine creative sequencing, body awareness and self inquiry in my classes to encompass a practice that is both playful and introspective. I have been teaching yoga for 5 years and I have over 1800 instructional class teaching hours. I deeply honour the yogic lineage and feel it is a privilege to practice and share it within my community.
