What is Wellness Coaching?
Wellness Coaching is a strength-based practice where we work from the understanding that you, the client, are the expert of your own life! I assist you in the exploration of this self, helping you access and unravel the answers that rest within. I will help to guide you through the process of creating a clear vision for your health and well-being.
What to Expect?
In a Wellness Coaching session, the primary focus is looking at the four quadrants that make up a holistic lifestyle: physical health, mental health, emotional health and spiritual health. My goal is to understand how these elements are interacting and functioning in your life and to see how and where they may be out of balance.
